7 Day Hormone Balance & Weight Loss Plan for Peri-Menopausal Women

Hi, I’m Penny and I have been helping women look and feel their best for over 20 years. I qualified as a nutritional therapist back in the 1990s and have been in practice ever since. In the early years, I became known as a fertility nutritionist after my success in helping women conceive was featured in the national press. It was very rewarding work.

Then, gradually my focus changed to helping older women, as I myself navigated the menopausal years. I had a somewhat unusual menopause in that it coincided with adopting a 14 month old baby and for the first year, I was a single parent!  There is no doubt in my mind, that good nutrition was the key to my resilience and helping me adapt to the physical and emotional challenges that I was faced with. Now I’m out the other side and feeling in many ways, better than before.

The meals in the plan are delicious, yet simple to make, gluten free and low carb.   Left overs are incorporated into the plan which means you don’t have to continually start from scratch at each meal. You will see some of the recipe photos are faded out in the plan and this lets you know that it is a leftover meal.
